REFUND POLICY

Tabak Rugs offers a 30-Day In-Home Trial on every rug we sell, except for samples, customized rugs, and clearance items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it – no questions asked.a

Please note: Processing & handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. After we determine what you want to return we will provide you with an email with complete instructions on where to ship your merchandise. You are responsible for selecting a trackable carrier plus paying the insurance and return shipping charges.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale and Clearance Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Notes on Returns:

  • Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the item or rug
  • The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will be refused.
  • No returns will be accepted after the 30-day trial period has expired.
